THE CHIAT DIET

A running joke when I was at Chiat was that a person could probably live solely off of the food that was constantly being catered for the various meetings throughout the agency. During the month of March of 2010, I put that joke to the test when I decided to live 31 days (including weekends) off of what I could scavenge around the agency. This blog is a record of that experience.
