So I've decided to stay the path I'm on and continue living in the van. What it ultimately came down to was that because I was so back and forth as to what I should do; along with so much uncertainty in the stability of my job as well as the economy should I need a new job, now isn’t the smartest time for me to be making any new or bold moves.
