So yesterday, Armando and Patrick invited me to go with them to turn in their rental applications and at least check out the house. . .
That was a mistake. Inside the kitchen area is a built-in brick barbecue grill NEXT TO THE BAR! ! ! That coupled with Downtown Culver City being walking distance to where the house was enough to sway my decision. Now granted, the room I'll be living in is REALLY tiny by normal standards, but given where I'm coming from I think it'll do just fine.
